BIO
I'm currently Director of the Social Emergency Centre in the ISS, IP was, for 7 years (until 2020) Regional Coordinator for the area of Harm Reduction in DICAD - Division of Intervention in Addictive Behaviors and Dependencies, of ARSLVT, IP - Regional Health Administration of Lisbon and Tagus Valley. With a degree in Social Work, Master in Communication Sciences, Organizations and New Technologies Marta is currently doing her PhD in Social Work at ISCTE, about the Harm Reduction Model. I teach in the Soft Skills Lab at ISCTE,IUL. I'm also an activist in the areas of Harm Reduction, Mental Health and Social and Health Literacy.
